Since 2020, Center for Childhood Resilience’s Learning & Resource Hub has provided valuable learning to over 10,000 adults serving children and youth in Illinois and beyond, at no cost. Our courses and resources are targeted to anyone who works or volunteers in a school community – from district administrators, teachers, bus drivers to support staff. However, this information is relevant for any caring adult interacting with children and youth, including daycare staff, out-of-school providers, and caregivers.
While our courses are free, you must register on the Learning & Resource Hub first. By registering you’ll have access to:
- Comprehensive courses you can complete at your own pace
- Short courses that focus on strategies to use in your school’s professional development days
- Loads of curated resources to support schools that are safe, supportive, relationship-based, culturally attuned, and able to promote positive mental health and wellness
- Free credits for Illinois Professional Education License (PEL) holders, licensed social workers, licensed professional counselors, and psychologists (IDFPR), and those holding certifications through Gateways (INCCRRA).
Thank you for joining us to learn more about how you can support children and youth in the communities where they live, learn, and play!
